Anders Vik
Keeps the decision archive, the one cited when a decision is reopened.
Working on now
Municipal borrowing, where the repayment runs past the term of the council that votes on it.
Biography
Anders keeps the decision archive: 112 files between 2019 and 2026. The two on a file index it as it runs, not after it closes, in the form he set. A question asked today traces back to the evidence that existed then. The archive itself has been cited in cases. Before Plenary he ran the records office of a port authority. A dispute over a dredging contract was settled there by one dated memo, found because somebody had filed it the day it was written. That job decided what he does now. He works with transport authorities, water utilities and municipal boards, and he writes for the reader who was not in the room.
